The Ted Manson Foundation is committed to help with educational programs to help teach the basics of reading, writing and maths. Plus providing transportation out of school for learning, sporting and cultural experiences.

in social housing

We connect, grow and strengthen communities

With over 45 years experience in the construction sector, we used our expertise to provide long-term housing to those New Zealanders who are struggling. A total of 163 units have been completed and dedicated to Community Housing for a minimum of 25 years.

Our community housing development in Glen Eden

The Glen Eden development is a great example of high quality, high density, mixed tenure residential development, strategically located next to a key transit point and town centre. With a 25-year minimum long-term commitment by the Ted Manson Foundation, a strong community housing manager in Home in Place, we believe this development is a tangible example of what can be achieved in this space and in the future.

The AWRH is an Emergency Air Ambulance staffed by pilots, paramedics and crewman which undertakes over 1,000 missions every year. It is for this reason the TMF is delighted to provide support to the Westpac Trust helicopter.
